remixing is fine
you seem quite capable in the music field I would like to see what you have of your own. remixing is fine it shows your skill in the software you use and can often help hone your listening skills for future compositions. I also agree that the genre categorizing can feel a little vague when it comes time to upload.
ya thanks! the genres are a quiet vague here on newgrounds, like you said its more of a practice piece for me, its not too much different from the original and I was testing myself by earning this on by ear! I don't you music sheets.

makes me wonder what it would sound like if you put some sort of beat to it... yes I think some cool drums could help cut through all the "brown notes" you got goin on and back up the main melody. all in all it is what it is.. a remix.. and its fun too
